This equipment is designed for automatic corner assembly using
screws for system doors, windows and insect screens.

The machine uses 12-axis CNC technology. The servo drives use
high-quality servo motors. It operates at high speed,
stably, with closed-loop feedback and high accuracy, with no
need for calibration. Fully automatic positioning
and corner assembly is efficient and convenient. The left and right heads are equipped
with drilling mechanisms and two sets of pinning mechanisms,
allowing free switching between large and small
pins.
Main advantage: setup is performed once; when
frame profiles are changed, no readjustment is required. One-click corner assembly.
Equipped with hole and pin position correction software,
it ensures perfect corner assembly for both thick and thin
