Our factory manufactures aluminum profile systems designed for the production of door structures by fabricators and window-and-facade companies. The profiles are suitable for assembling entrance, interior, office and commercial aluminum doors of various formats and purposes.
The systems are developed by our in-house engineering department, enabling us to account for real production conditions and requirements for assembly, hardware and operation. The profiles are adapted to standard fabrication processes and provide stable geometry, precise joints and reliable finished products.
The factory production base includes:
in-house aluminum profile extrusion;
production of polyamide thermal breaks and silicone seals;
a full-cycle quality control system.
The factory area is 7,500 m², enabling stable supply volumes and serial production of profile systems for door structures of varying complexity.
